Our work hours are structured to promote a healthy lifestyle, with no evening or weekend commitments; you’ll work Monday to Friday only.

As an LPCC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share their experiences and foster connections, helping to break down barriers associated with mental health.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions that emphasize empathy and personalized care, assisting clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring treatment plans are effective and adjustments are made as necessary.
• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with fellow staff members to coordinate care effectively, communicate about client needs, and consult on complex cases to foster holistic approaches to mental health treatment.

Your expertise will primarily benefit young adults facing mental health challenges, including mood disorders and anxiety. We aim to cultivate a supportive environment where clients can experience growth and healing while learning to navigate life's challenges effectively.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure.
• Proven experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients experiencing mood disorders, in either residential or outpatient settings.
• Strong clinical skills in interventions, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
• A collaborative attitude, demonstrating a passionate commitment to our mission of fostering positive change.

Although not required, we prefer candidates who have a background in facilitating group therapy sessions and working with diverse populations. Familiarity with electronic records and assessment tools will be a plus, as will any certifications in specialized therapeutic methodologies.

Our organization offers an annual salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
