As a remote position, this role allows for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. You will engage in virtual meetings and case conferences, participate in teamwork-oriented discussions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records in our electronic health record system.
• Actively participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings, sharing expertise and integrating best practices to enhance care outcomes.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Develop and implement therapeutic activities, such as group therapy sessions and recreational activities, that promote emotional well-being and skill development.
• Utilize the coaching model within the natural environment for teaching, fostering resilience, and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.

You will be working with individuals from various backgrounds, including families, adults, and adolescents, presenting a wide array of mental health challenges. Our patient population often includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychosocial issues. Your role will involve understanding the cultural, social, and economic factors that influence mental health and adapting your approach to meet each patient where they are.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LPCC licensure in the state of California is required.
• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to manage varied cases.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with medical documentation standards and experience using electronic health records.

• Experience working in a community health setting, particularly with cultural competence in behavioral health interventions.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy services.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations that enhance ongoing professional development.
