• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for each client, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are thoroughly documented.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in workshops to remain informed about the latest mental health research and therapeutic innovations.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to the counseling profession.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies enhances data management and client documentation.
