Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our dedicated team at Wellbeing Counseling Center. This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while providing essential mental health services to individuals in need. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental well-being of our clients by delivering high-quality counseling focused on their specific needs and goals.

Work Environment

This position will primarily allow you to work remotely, but it may also involve occasional visits to our outpatient office in Franklin, TN. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of clients' mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain regular communication with supervisors, direct care staff, families, and other stakeholders regarding client progress and adjustments to treatment.
  • Develop and provide a tentative schedule of client appointments, home visits, and observations, ensuring effective time management of workload.
  • Coordinate in-home visits for comprehensive evaluations, which include conducting chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis to optimize patient care.
  • Implement program plans effectively, ensuring all interventions are appropriate and evidence-based.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and collaborate on treatment strategies.
  • Document monthly and quarterly progress notes detailing clients' progress and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance staff competency in implementing treatment plans and documentation techniques.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations to support clients in their recovery and help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure thorough record-keeping to maintain compliance and facilitate treatment continuity.
  • Act as a liaison to the broader mental health community, advocating for resources and strategies to meet patient development goals.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials that enhance program offerings for individuals receiving care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your expertise will directly impact those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. We prioritize delivering culturally competent care, ensuring each client feels understood and valued within the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Tennessee.
  • A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and relevant technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed therapy, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 110,000 per year, determined based on your experience and caseload availability.
