• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, personal histories, and treatment objectives, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy. These approaches will ensure that therapy is tailored to each client's unique experiences and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their feedback and progress are continually integrated into the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of all therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards for confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops, training, and conferences, ensuring that you remain informed about the latest best practices in social work and mental health care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation in social work practices.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois is mandatory to practice legally and ethically within our organization.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a private practice, demonstrating your competency in direct client interactions and treatment capabilities.
