Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ presenting issues, personal history, and specific treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and preferences of each client, regularly updating these plans based on progress and feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all ethical and legal standards in the practice of mental health counseling.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of the latest evidence-based practices and treatment methodologies.

• Provide practical guidance and emotional support to help clients navigate life challenges, including crisis intervention when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Riverview Behavioral Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
