• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing personalized treatment plans developed to address clients’ unique mental health challenges.
• Perform thorough assessments to gauge clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop effective and achievable treatment strategies.
• Maintain active communication with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Engage with clients’ families, educational institutions, and relevant community resources to further support treatment objectives and create a network of care.
• Facilitate the setting and achievement of treatment goals that align with clients’ aspirations and therapeutic needs.
• Provide case management services, assisting clients in navigating resources and services that augment their treatment.
• Document client progress meticulously and maintain accurate records of treatment plans, adhering to compliance, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Stay informed on current trends, practices, and research in mental health therapy to provide evidence-based treatment and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders and co-occurring conditions. • A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health counseling or an equivalent field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• The ability to thrive in an independent working environment while also engaging effectively with a supportive team.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care, along with empathy and compassion.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Flexibility to accommodate clients’ needs, which may include evening and weekend availability.

• Prior experience delivering therapy through telehealth platforms would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
