Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Techniques may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to develop and implement integrated, client-centered treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing clients with skills and tools to manage their mental health challenges.
  • Offer crisis intervention and develop safety plans for clients at risk, ensuring immediate support and assistance.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a seamless flow of information among team members.

Qualifications
