• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries with each client.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as needed.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individual treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Document client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and updates on the treatment plan.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gauge client needs and establish a therapeutic alliance.
• Engage in individual supervision and peer consultations to foster professional development and clinical competence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and support client needs holistically.

As an LPC at Transformative Trauma Counseling Center, you will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including those facing substance abuse challenges, mood disorders, and eating disorders. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation issued by the state of Texas is essential.
