You will be part of a dynamic outpatient office setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to elevate client care. Our counselors have the autonomy to create their own schedules while adhering to standard office hours, which run Monday through Friday, averaging eight hours per day, with no weekend commitments. • Conduct thorough assessments and individualize therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring that all practices align with the latest in mental health research.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans and engage in collaborative discussions regarding patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations in all aspects of practice.
• Participate in regular professional development workshops to stay abreast of advancements in the field of mental health.

You will primarily serve a diverse population of clients seeking assistance for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
