  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards of clinical practice within the mental health field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
  • Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and technologies relevant to mental health care.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in treatment modalities such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse interventions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with remote counseling techniques and telehealth platforms.
  • Prior experience working collaboratively in a healthcare team environment, demonstrating effective team dynamics.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
  • Quick and stable caseload ramp-up to facilitate a smooth transition into your role.
  • Flexible work schedules accommodating both full-time and part-time options, allowing for personalized hours based on team needs and individual preferences.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
  • A collegial work environment that promotes collaboration and encourages maintaining a strong work-life balance.
