Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, the Full-Stack Web Developer will work on internally developed web-based solutions for the collection, integration, analysis, and presentation of business information.These solutions are critical for the organization to reduce cost, streamline operations, and increase productivity.

  • Provide full-stack support of existing web-based tools including customer support, training, investigating issues, and implementing technical solutions.

  • Developnew solutionsthat cover the full project lifecycle including gathering customer requirements, implementing technical solutions, managing stakeholders, deploying solutions, training users, and providing long-term support.

  • Troubleshoot user-reported or system issues and collaborate withappropriate supportteams to resolve issues.

  • Facilitate feedback sessions on existing processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.

  • Participate in cross-functional process improvement projectsutilizingstructured problem-solving methodologies to ensure problem statements are clearly defined, solutions are implemented, and sustained.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of server-side programming with PHP for backend development

  • Proficiencyin JavaScript and Node.js for server-side and application development

  • Experience with Vue.js framework for building dynamic user interfaces and single-page applications

  • Strong SQL skills with Oracle Database experience (PostgreSQL experience is also valuable)
