Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a determined Marketing Specialist who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This role will play a key role in helping to coordinate, execute, and track strategic marketing plans for the Brinks Home brand across advertising, email, web, collateral/content, PR, and social media. They will drive the execution of initiatives designed to deliver against the company's strategic priorities. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively manage projects across the Brinks Home brand. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented and has experience in coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple verticals/channels at once.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Advertising
    • Coordinate asset delivery and campaign launches with internal teams and agency partners (search, social, display, video).
    • Maintain campaign documentation, UTM tracking, and performance calendars.
    • Support ongoing campaign optimization by coordinating asset updates, QA’ing changes, and ensuring updates are implemented accurately.
  • Organic Social
    • Assist in managing organic social media content creation in line with established strategy.
    • Maintain posting cadence, optimize posting dates/times, and adhere to platform best practices.
    • Track and report on performance, monitoring key KPIs to support optimization and planning.
  • Content/Collateral
    • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing content and collateral across digital and sales enablement channels.
    • Manage content workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
    • Ensure all content and collateral align with campaign objectives, messaging, and brand standards.
  • Web
    • Coordinate the landing page development process from kick-off to delivery, partnering with UX/UI, creative, and web teams.
    • Manage timelines, requirements, feedback, and QA for landing pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment.
  • Brand
    • QA all assets against Brinks Home brand guidelines to ensure design, messaging, and tone remain consistent.
    • Partner with creative teams to brainstorm, refine, and refresh marketing assets and deliverables.
    • Support brand consistency across paid media, web, email, and collateral touchpoints.
    • Support PR responses to media inquiries and track coverage to help maintain brand consistency and visibility.
    • Track competitor messaging, creative, and channel activity and help summarize insights for internal teams.
  • Campaign Management
    • Project manage the development and delivery of campaign assets across paid media, email, web, and sales enablement.
    • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for internal teams, agency partners, and campaign stakeholders.
    • Manage creative execution in support of campaign strategy, including timelines, specs, reviews, feedback, and final asset delivery.
    • Partner with analytics teams to ensure campaign performance is properly tracked and reported.
  • Email Marketing (Nice to Have)
    • Assist with email campaign setup, builds, and QA in alignment with campaign and brand standards.
    • Support performance tracking in partnership with analyst.
    • Implement email optimizations based on analytics and email best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related marketing experience; experience at an advertising agency is a plus
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of owning key assignments, managing multiple deadlines, and balancing deliverables cross-functionally
  • A team player with a positive mentality complemented by the ability to be agile, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
