• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions to address and resolve various mental health challenges, including trauma and dual diagnoses.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment programs designed to alleviate symptoms and improve client well-being.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and overall effectiveness.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of documented experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth sessions, including a reliable laptop or desktop, internet connection, and web camera.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Successful completion of a background check is required before employment.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital EHR systems is strongly favored.
• Familiarity with treatment for trauma and dual diagnosis patients will be beneficial.
