This role serves as the senior creative and narrative leader across both functions, owning creative vision, quality standards, enterprise storytelling, and executive-level client relationships while enabling strong senior creative leaders to manage daily execution. The VP is accountable for the creative and strategic effectiveness of both teams, including pitch excellence, post-sale delivery quality, narrative consistency, and the development of a strong creative culture.

This role also serves as a central creative and narrative leader for A+E Global Media, shaping how the company presents itself to internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader marketplace. The VP defines and upholds the voice, tone, and creative expression of the brand across external-facing work and internal communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance at every touchpoint.

Working in close partnership with the senior leadership, this role plays a critical part in helping lead and evolve both divisions, ensuring alignment across business priorities, brand expression, operating model, and revenue-driving initiatives.

Own the creative vision, visual strategy, and narrative structure while partnering closely with Media Solutions, Distribution, Global Content Sales, and Research. Serve as the central point of narrative development, bringing deep industry knowledge and mastery of A+E Global Media's brands, series, and differentiators.* Serve as the steward of A+E Global Media's voice and narrative, ensuring consistency across external messaging, internal communications, executive storytelling, and major enterprise initiatives.

Ensure alignment of creative output across all internal-facing and external-facing communications, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across the organization.* Define and evolve the enterprise narrative framework for A+E Global Media, ensuring key business priorities, partnerships, and communications are anchored in a clear, consistent, and strategically aligned story.* **Multidisciplinary Creative Oversight** – Oversee the Corporate Brand creative team by guiding the creative process, shaping briefs, and elevating work quality.

Partner closely with Creative Directors to ensure work meets the highest creative and strategic standards. Maintain alignment across all collateral by evolving and enforcing creative guidelines and acting as the final creative checkpoint prior to internal or client-facing release.* **Corporate Digital –** Own and advance A+E Global Media's B2B digital presence across the Media Solutions Portfolio site, aegm.com, Global Content Sales Site, and A+E Factual Studios site, and other B2B sites.

Champion digital-first formats and new ways of digital storytelling, evangelizing and integrating new products and tools for the team.* **Internal Communications & Cultural Brand Leadership** – Lead the creative development of internal communications, leadership messaging, and cultural storytelling initiatives, ensuring alignment between company values, leadership priorities, and employee experience.* **Creative Strategy** – Define and evolve the team's creative strategy, fostering strong critical thinking and concept development.

Lead brainstorms and develop original creative solutions across business needs including campaign concepts, video ideas, naming systems, communication plans, digital product recommendations, and competitive benchmarking.**Storyground:*** **Team Oversight** – Lead and develop the Storyground branded content studio, setting the creative vision, quality bar, and pitch standards for the team.

Partner with senior creative leaders to build scalable workflow infrastructure, develop team capabilities, and ensure all creative output reflects A+E Global Media's best-in-class standard for branded content.* **Pitch Leadership & Client Partnerships** – Serve as the senior point of contact for Media Solutions advertisers, and brand partners on Storyground engagements.

Lead or co-lead major pitch presentations; build and maintain executive-level client relationships that position A+E Global Media as a best-in-class branded content partner and drive repeat business.* Contribute to the growth and expansion of branded content revenue by strengthening client relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and improving pitch effectiveness across the business.* **Post-Sale Creative Oversight** – Ensure sold campaign executions meet the creative standard established in the pitch phase.
