Job description

LHH is looking for B2B Support Specialist provides operational and technical support for ****'s wholesale digital platform, Elastic, across multiple brands on fully remote basis, Long-term contract. This role focuses on maintaining platform functionality, supporting users, monitoring orders and data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth wholesale order processing in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day support for ****'s B2B wholesale platform across multiple brands.
  • Manage user access, account setup, permissions, and password resets within Elastic.
  • Troubleshoot platform, order, shipment, invoicing, and account visibility issues.
  • Monitor daily data imports and reconcile reports to ensure accurate order processing into SAP.
  • Escalate system discrepancies, data issues, and processing failures as needed.
  • Support account configurations, customer setup activities, and seasonal sales program discounts.
  • Participate in system release testing and quality assurance efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide backup support during peak periods or team absences.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in B2B support, wholesale operations, order management, or technical support environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve system and data issues.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Excel.
