Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Visual Creative Experts to support a customer project focused on curating and evaluating high-quality visual content for AI training.

You'll use your expertise in photography, art direction, graphic design, illustration, and visual curation to assess images for artistic quality, composition, originality, and visual impact. No prior AI experience is required—your creative judgment is what matters.

Scope of Work
  • Review and curate aesthetic visual content based on defined quality standards.
  • Evaluate composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution.
  • Select images that demonstrate strong artistic and creative value.
  • Provide clear written reasoning, ratings, annotations, and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with visual specialists and project trainers to maintain consistent evaluation standards.
