Job description

I have an opportunity for "C++ Developer" _ ( 100% REMOTE)" and I am looking for a candidate who can join Immediately if you are interested, reply to me with your updated resume or if you could refer someone I would really appreciate it.
Position : C++ Developers
Location : 100% Remote
Duration : 6 to 12 Months
MUST HAVE : Trade Experience
We are still in need of additional C++ Developers with recent trade exposure. Below are some details that may help while sourcing.
Here is some feedback that may help while sourcing
  • We still have 3 openings
  • Trading experience should ideally be within the last 3 years but it must be within the last 5 years
  • They do not need to have any specific trade application experience, but they need to at minimum have prior working experience within a trading environment
  • Heavy financial services experience is heavily preferred
  • C++ skills must also be strong, but it seems most folks are being rejected due to the trading

Contract Description:
  • Be part of Scrum team that develops and maintains GIC's strategic trading analytics platform
  • Actively contribute to Agile Scrum continuous delivery practice
  • Develop solution for assigned tasks
  • Conduct System Integration Tests, coordinate with business users on User Acceptance Tests
  • Publish documentation and guides for the use of new or enhanced systems
  • Provide technical support on existing platform on a rotational basis
  • Design, implementation and deployment of components and services for trading systems Development of cross-platform including C/C++ systems

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional experience with C++/C on UNIX
  • 8+ years of demonstrated professional experience with Data Structures and Object Oriented programming
  • Knowledge in Execution Services or Transaction Cost Analysis in at least 1 of the following products: Equity / Futures and Options / FX / Bonds / Derivatives heavily preferred
  • Prior experience with Trade applications or experience within financial services is heavily preferred
  • Strong communication skills
