Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle VBCS Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience and extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The candidate should be capable of leading technical development efforts, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Oracle JET, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and REST APIs.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, and CX.
  • Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services for seamless integration with Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and functional consultants to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop custom business objects, business rules, workflows, and UI components in VBCS.
  • Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate external and internal applications.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Support application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development experience.
  • Strong experience with Oracle JET framework.
  • Experience developing responsive web applications using:
    • JavaScript
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • REST APIs
  • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience integrating VBCS with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services.
  • Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle ATP.
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, or similar version control systems.
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
