• Conduct ethical and compassionate video counseling sessions with clients, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.

As a therapist at Rebuild Self, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance with managing everyday challenges and improving their mental wellbeing. This demographic may include individuals dealing with mild anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and lifestyle adjustments. Your expertise and support will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active licensure by the state board, including but not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A history of no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficient in practicing independently, without supervision.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients through exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Familiarity with current developments and best practices in psychotherapy.
• Competence in using technology and teletherapy platforms effectively for patient interactions and documentation.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 50,000 to 130,000 per year, dependent on your working hours and availability. We offer a comprehensive compensation package including:
