We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide remote administrative support to our leadership and operations teams. In this role, you will manage emails, schedule meetings, handle data entry, and perform a variety of administrative tasks that keep our organization running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize shared email inboxes, responding to or routing inquiries as appropriate.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calls across multiple time zones.
