In this role, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for members, groups, providers, and partners. You'll help customers understand their benefits, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience with every interaction. This role will require a hybrid working capacity for candidates local to the Indianapolis area.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a resource for customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, web chat, voicemail, and written correspondence.

  • Research and resolve questions using multiple systems and information resources.

  • Explain coverage details and benefit information clearly and accurately.

  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely service while meeting quality standards.
