Gentle Force Counseling Services, a leading provider of mental health support, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team as a full-time remote therapist. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic objectives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of treatment for clients.
• Engage with clients' families and support networks to promote understanding and involvement in the treatment process.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving realistic treatment goals, tracking their progress regularly throughout the therapeutic process.
• Provide case management support and connect clients with external resources and community services as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in our electronic health record system.
• Stay informed about current research, emerging best practices, and evolving trends within mental health care to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards while safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Your therapeutic approach will be informed by clients' unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs, allowing you to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space for healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling, showcasing a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively while collaborating with a team.
• Strong proficiency in using electronic health record systems to document client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and sensitivity to various cultural backgrounds.
• Comfort with utilizing telehealth technology and virtual platforms for therapy delivery.
• Flexibility to accommodate clients' schedules, including potential evening and weekend hours.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
