Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and clinical evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health conditions, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, working collaboratively with clients to ensure their active participation in their recovery journey.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions through secure and HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interventions, treatment progress, and client interactions within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular supervision and case consultation with peers and clinical supervisors to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The role requires a strong commitment to understanding the unique cultural and social contexts of each client to provide effective care. Your ability to establish empathy and build rapport will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or a Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Proficient communication skills, with an emphasis on building therapeutic relationships and engaging effectively with clients in a virtual setting.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle client schedules and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services in a remote setting, demonstrating comfort and competence using digital therapy platforms.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally responsive care principles.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
