The Sharon Dorsette Insurance Agency is seeking driven, ethical, and client‐focused Independent Life Insurance Producers to join our expanding team. As a producer, you will operate with full autonomy while benefiting from the support, leadership, and digital infrastructure of an Ethos‐powered agency. This role is ideal for licensed professionals who value flexibility, purpose‐driven work, and a streamlined, tech‐enabled sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on life insurance options using Ethos’s modern, no‐pressure digital platform
