Americade Home Health Agency is looking for Vietnamese speaking LVNs to visit patients in their homes. Currently seeking coverage around Westminster / Garden Grove / Fountain Valley / Anahiem / Santa Ana and surrounding cities
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct patient care.
  • Visiting patients in their homes 1-2 times a week for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the condition of the patient. Nurse has the flexibility of managing as little or as many patients as they choose. Routine visits can be customized to the nurses availability ranging from location to time of visit.
  • Following the plan of care and providing treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Patients live all through out Orange County and neighboring cities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Vietnamese speaking REQUIRED
  • Currently licensed as a licensed vocational nurse in the state of California.
  • Three years nursing experience and one year prior professional nursing experience in Community/home health or medical/surgical experience.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured.
  • Possess and maintain current CPR certification
Pay will be based on per visit given that all necessary routes sheets and visiting notes are signed and completed.
