Location: Latin America (remote)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting agents globally for language services in over 100 languages, focusing on over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, on-site interpreting, translation, transcription, and related services.
  • Interacting effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and regions, demonstrating comfort with different English accents and proficiency in conducting video and phone meetings.
  • Conducting tests in English and Spanish.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Compiling and organizing candidate and agent data.
  • Ensuring HR compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with different company departments to achieve department and company goals.
  • Handling daily administrative and HR duties for the company.

Professional Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in the interpretation field.
  • Completed college studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert computer literacy with a wide knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for real-time collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Native Spanish speaker.
  • Proficiency in social media and professional network platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
