• Participate in collaborative care meetings with an interdisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through virtual platforms.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enrich clinical practices and improve patient outcomes, utilizing video conferencing tools to stay connected with team members.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, demonstrating empathy and clarity in detailing treatment options and community resources available to them.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele managing mental health disorders, substance use issues, and co-occurring conditions. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide targeted interventions that focus on promoting recovery, wellness, and overall quality of life for individuals seeking support through our detox center services.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health or addiction setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic modalities adaptable to a remote delivery model.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively establishing rapport with clients using virtual platforms.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in navigating the unique challenges presented by remote therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Experience in addiction recovery and knowledge of crisis intervention techniques are strongly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies will also be advantageous.
