Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through video chat to promote mental health improvement.
  • Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and experiences, enabling them to enhance their self-awareness and understanding of personal relationships.
  • Act as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in setting and achieving personal goals.
  • Assess clients’ mental health conditions and craft tailored treatment plans employing a solution-focused approach that leverages your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with are pre-screened and exhibit low acuity, making them suitable for remote therapy sessions. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Proven ability to make professional assessments and recommendations regarding treatment planning and implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client care.
  • Proficient computer literacy skills to utilize our online systems and documentation processes effectively.
