This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from any location of your choice. We value flexibility and provide you with the autonomy to create your schedule. You will be equipped with a state-of-the-art online therapy platform that serves as your personal counseling office. This system facilitates live video sessions and secure messaging, ensuring optimal interaction with clients.

• Provide comprehensive counseling services to clients with stable, low-acuity mental health concerns, facilitating sessions via video chat to promote emotional wellness.
• Encourage clients to articulate their feelings, experiences, and mental health challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
• Utilize active listening and observation techniques to identify clients’ mental health issues effectively.
• Support clients in setting achievable goals, developing actionable plans, and fostering self-awareness.
• Implement a solution-focused approach to therapy, emphasizing coping strategies and positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational policies.

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals with lower acuity mental health needs, including stress management, anxiety, and adjustment issues. Clients are carefully screened to ensure they are stable and ready for therapeutic support, allowing for productive sessions that focus on growth and empowerment.

• Must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possess a full state licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a pronounced empathetic nature and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using technology, including virtual counseling platforms and documentation systems.

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus, particularly in community health settings.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, contingent upon your hours and experience. Additional benefits include:
