Job description

Job Posting Title: Videographer/Retoucher

Join Us as a Videographer/Retoucher!

Are you a post-production master and video guru? Wine-curious and chronically creative? Last Bottle, Inc. one of America’s largest online wine companies, is looking for a Videographer/Retoucher to help us up our game! We combine Silicon Valley innovation with Napa Valley vibes, creating a dynamic workplace where we bring amazing wine deals to people all over the country.

You’ll lead the charge to generate and edit content for our 30+ unique wine brands, companies, and tasting room, providing agency-level variety of work, without the crazy turnaround times. From owning video-first education initiatives, to generating social media video content that thousands will see, you’ll be doing work that shakes up winos nationwide.

What You'll Do:

Support the Marketing department in key initiatives developing the presence of our brands in a digital space, adding life to our campaigns and innovating new ways to meaningfully connect with wine lovers galore:

  • Support:
  • Social media content (lo-fi)
  • Digital advertising content
  • Photo retouching for web and print use
  • Innovate:
  • Lead video shoots from concept through final edits
  • Pioneer educational initiatives with videos starring our winemakers, buying team members, and our wines themselves (hi-fi)
  • Expected Support/Innovate split of 70/30, depending on individual drive

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 2 years’ experience) in Videography, Photography, or related fields
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and Premiere (open to DaVinci or other VFX software)
  • A portfolio of work showcasing before/after photo retouching and video editing, demonstrating understanding of framing, pacing, lighting, SFX/VFX, audio mixing, and color grading
  • Animation knowledge a plus, but not necessary
  • A good eye for aesthetic (taste) and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills (juggling tasks, meeting deadlines, not ghosting us on Slack)
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to jump into projects
  • A growth mindset and ability to receive constructive criticism — we're all about learning and improving together!

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay $30-$35 DOE (non-exempt)
  • Occasional local travel for off-site content (within wine country)
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Bonus potential

Ready to add some serious bragging rights to your resume? This is your chance to dive into wine with the coolest wine company there is (ok, we’re a little biased). Join Last Bottle, Inc. for a career that combines creativity with real-world impact! Apply now by sending us your resume and portfolio, and let’s create something awesome together.
