This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while managing your own schedule. We offer full-time roles for those available for over 30 hours per week, as well as part-time opportunities for those seeking over 5 hours weekly. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via video chat, ensuring a professional and confidential environment.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to accurately gauge client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual goals.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to teach clients effective coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and enhance their communication abilities.
  • Engage in regular consultations with clients to monitor progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and provide encouragement and support throughout their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing challenges such as mild depression, anxiety, and stress management issues. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering these individuals' mental resilience, helping them navigate life's complexities while achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current independent licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with the ability to practice without supervision.
  • Proof of a clean disciplinary record and a commitment to ethical counseling practices.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a high level of computer literacy for effective telehealth delivery.
  • A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate remote sessions seamlessly.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
