As a Mental Health Counselor at Center for Emotional Wellness, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate therapy sessions with clients through video conferencing.
• Employing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborating with clients to develop effective and individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Facilitating insights that help clients explore their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Monitoring clients' progress throughout the treatment process, helping them to establish and maintain healthy coping strategies.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a range of mental health needs. This may include providing support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will significantly impact the clients by equipping them with the tools to improve their mental well-being and enhance their overall life satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions in history.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Strong computer literacy skills to effectively manage our teletherapy platform.

While not required, prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with solution-focused therapy can be advantageous. We also value candidates who demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various client needs and therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and working hours. Benefits include:
