The primary objective of the Systems Sales Consultant is manage and assist our sales team in selling comprehensive security systems and services to the Company’s clients: local building owners, managers, tenants and developers. Kastle, a well-established leader in the security industry, recognizes the challenges and complexity that its clients must overcome to successfully perform ongoing management of their security systems. Kastle uniquely runs and manages security systems so its clients don’t have to face these challenges.


Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

· Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.

· Understand the business outcomes that customers and stakeholders are trying to achieve and capture that information in CRM

· Conduct regular check-ins with customers to identify additional sales opportunities , and provide proactive solutions.

· Foster trust and credibility by demonstrating deep knowledge of the property technology solutions and industry trends.

Upselling and Revenue Growth

· Achieves the requisite activity and pipeline generation targets as established with sales management

· Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services within the assigned customer base to meet or exceed revenue targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations to address customer needs and highlight value.

· Track and report on upselling opportunities, customer engagement, and revenue growth performance.

Strategic Collaboration and Feedback

· Develop Strategic Account Plans for top accounts and opportunities and execute those plans to achieve revenue targets

· Partner with marketing and product teams to identify customer case studies, testimonials, and reference opportunities.

· Participate in strategic account planning sessions and business reviews with leadership to align on customer growth strategies.

Reporting and Documentation

· Maintain accurate records of account activity, customer preferences, and communication in CRM tools.

· Use the company’s CPQ tool to generate customer quotes and proposals

· Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations for all managed accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Collaborate with Business Development Managers, marketing, product and Customer Success teams to develop sales plans that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position the company as a thought leader and trusted partner.

These responsibilities highlight the strategic, operational, and relationship-building aspects of the account manager role while emphasizing revenue generation and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or comparable professional and/or Kastle experience will be considered.
  • 2-4 years sales experience. Experience selling into Commercial Real Estate is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated outstanding sales skills to commercial clients at the executive level.
  • Excellent personal computer skills including a working knowledge of word processing, spread sheet, contract management, and e-mail programs.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors. This range reflects base pay only and may not include bonus, commission, equity, or other incentive compensation, where applicable. Actual offers are determined individually based on the candidate's qualifications and internal equity considerations. Kastle Systems (and its affiliate, i2G) offers a competitive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits, depending on the position and location.
