Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities, assisting clients in developing coping strategies and addressing various mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs while monitoring progress and adapting approaches as necessary.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their feelings, relationships, and personal experiences, fostering understanding and insight.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence and expertise in clinical decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a sympathetic, empathetic nature.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on hours worked and client load.
