• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video, ensuring clients feel secure and understood.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
• Help clients gain self-awareness by facilitating discussions about their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitor the progress of treatment plans, adapting interventions as needed to help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Your client base will be diverse, encompassing individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and presenting a range of mental health challenges. You will be responsible for assessing and treating clients based on their specific therapeutic needs, thus promoting their overall mental health and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• Ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating initiative and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Proficient in technology; must be comfortable using video conferencing tools and electronic health record systems.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, especially in remote counseling or teletherapy.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on hours worked and experience.
