Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Media) serves as the central hub for executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns while managing the workflow and scheduling of all digital marketing assets. This role bridges creative, content, and execution teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, comply with gaming industry regulations, and achieve maximum ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESCampaign Management & Optimization1. Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic/DSP platforms2. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI3. Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to refine creative, messaging, and audience strategies4. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Strategist and Digital Marketing Manager to align campaigns with broader marketing objectivesSEO & Web Content Management1. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements.2. Write and update website copy for events, promotions, and landing pages.3. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED; college degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred. Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities

WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position supports a high-volume 24/7. 365-day casino-resort environment and requires working under the following conditions: Exposure to secondhand smoke in designated casino areas. Moderate to loud noise levels and flashing lights, consistent with a gaming environment. Continuous operation in high-surveillance areas monitored by video for compliance, safety, and security. Fast-paced work with frequent interruptions, high guest interaction, and shifting operational priorities. Exposure to extreme and varied temperatures

REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to the other duties described herein, every team member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations: Obtain and maintain a valid gaming license with the Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission. Attend required training sessions. Perform duties in full compliance with applicable laws, internal controls, and casino policies. Ensure minors are not permitted to gamble, loiter in gaming areas, consume alcohol, or purchase tobacco. Maintain working knowledge of regulations, ordinances, and department procedures. Consult internal control manuals as needed for guidance. Report any suspected illegal activity to Security or management.
