The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with reporting leaders and business stakeholders to build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, recurring reports, and data processes that improve visibility into operational performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and creating scalable reporting solutions that drive efficiency and better business outcomes.

Your role in our mission
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and understand data requirements for various business needs. 
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize business insights.
  • Perform basic data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support team members in optimizing data workflows and SQL queries.
  • Document processes and maintain records of work to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis under guidance and communicate findings effectively.
What we're looking for

Must Haves:

  • Three or more years of Data Analytics experience or relevant academic coursework. 
  • Familiarity with Python and/or other data scripting languages.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Hands-on experience with Excel and data manipulation techniques.
    • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
    • Exposure to data governance concepts and practices.

The pay range for this position is $59,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
