  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

In This Role, You Bring
  • 3+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both animation/motion graphics work and live-action video editing.
  • Ability to take a project from initial design concept through final animated delivery without supervision.
  • Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and ability to work within structured production timelines.
  • In-depth understanding of the following tools:
    • Figma - UI/UX asset design, layout creation, and collaboration with design teams.
    • Adobe After Effects - Motion graphics, animation, compositing, and visual effects.
    • Adobe Premiere Pro - Video editing, basic color correction, basic audio leveling, and final output.
    • Adobe Illustrator - Vector asset creation, icon design, and graphic development for animation.

Bonus If You Have
  • Experience with Adobe Express or similar rapid-content tools.
  • Familiarity with 3D animation or Cinema 4D.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines for large-scale organizations.
  • Knowledge of current social media video trends and best practices.
