  • Chris Dreyer Co. (founder/personal brand)

You'll own the execution behind our social presence while partnering closely with our Social Media Manager, who focuses on strategy, creative direction, reporting, and stakeholder management.

  • Support video publishing with captions, thumbnails, metadata, and light editing
  • Ensure social profiles remain current and optimized

Content Creation
  • Execute creative briefs while adding your own ideas and perspective
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content consistent with each brand's voice
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera regularly for social content
  • Capture content during recording sessions, company events, and industry conferences

Community Engagement
  • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and tagged content across all platforms
  • Respond in the appropriate brand voice while building relationships with followers, partners, and industry professionals
  • Identify engagement opportunities and escalate sensitive conversations when needed

Project Management

  • Manage tasks using ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
  • Maintain organized documentation and content libraries

Performance & Growth

  • Experience using project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Trello
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without constant direction

  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, Premiere)
  • YouTube channel management experience
  • Familiarity with the legal industry, professional services marketing, or B2B media
  • Event social experience (live coverage, conference content) - directly relevant to PIMCON and PIM Summit
  • Experience supporting a founder/personal brand
Benefits
  • Starting Salary of $70,000
  • Fully Remote
  • Unlimited PTO
