Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Video Producer based in Netherlands.

As a Video Producer, you will own the development and delivery of long-form video content across YouTube, ambassador collaborations, partnerships, and other content initiatives. You will turn ideas into compelling productions, overseeing the process from concept development and footage sourcing through storytelling and final editing. The role combines creative judgment with strong production management and a deep understanding of what makes audiences watch and stay engaged. You will work across multiple channels and adapt concepts, tone, and style to different audiences and partners. Performance insights and audience-retention data will inform how you develop future concepts and improve finished content. You will also explore AI and modern production tools to make the creative workflow faster and more effective. This is an opportunity for a hands-on producer to take meaningful ownership of content in a fast-moving digital entertainment environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop compelling long-form video concepts and individual productions for YouTube, ambassador collaborations, partnerships, and other content initiatives.
  • Plan and source the footage required for each production, including existing streams, tournament coverage, commissioned shoots, and partner or ambassador material.
  • Shape the story and structure of each video from initial concept through final edit, identifying the narrative, characters, tension, and moments that keep audiences engaged.
  • Direct the editing process, either by editing directly or briefing and reviewing editors, while maintaining strong pacing, quality, and alignment between the video, title, and thumbnail promise.
  • Adapt creative concepts, tone, and visual style to different channels, brands, partners, ambassadors, and audiences.
  • Manage production schedules across multiple projects, coordinating shoots, footage, edits, and delivery against the content calendar.
  • Review audience-retention and performance data and use these insights to improve future concepts, storytelling, and editing decisions.
  • Collaborate with ambassador and partnerships teams on creative concepts, production briefs, footage requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered and modern production or editing tools when they can improve efficiency, quality, or creative output.
  • Maintain reliable, high-quality content production while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven portfolio of long-form video content that successfully engaged and retained audiences, whether produced for a brand, channel, or personal project.
  • Ability to clearly explain the creative concepts, structural decisions, and performance outcomes behind your work.
  • Strong understanding of poker as entertainment content, including the appeal of players, personalities, stakes, stories, and key moments beyond the game itself.
  • Demonstrated ability to take video projects from concept through completion, including ideation, footage sourcing or organization, storytelling, and final production.
  • Excellent storytelling and structural instincts, with the ability to identify the core narrative of a video and remove elements that do not contribute to it.
  • Strong production planning and project-management skills, with experience coordinating multiple videos or channels and consistently delivering against deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt creative concepts, storytelling approaches, and tone across different channels, brands, audiences, and partners.
  • Professional proficiency with modern video editing and production tools and workflows.
  • Practical familiarity with AI-powered creative, production, and editing tools, with the judgment to use them where they genuinely improve the workflow or final output.
  • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • A proactive, audience-focused mindset with a genuine interest in creating content that people want to watch.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • Fully remote working environment.
  • Flexible working hours designed to support autonomy and work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work with modern technology within the blockchain and online gaming space.
  • Collaborative and inclusive international team environment.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Opportunity to take significant ownership of long-form video production and creative output.
  • Exposure to a wide range of content formats, audiences, partners, and digital entertainment projects.
