Role Summary:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, building, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth. This role combines campaign execution, content creation, marketing automation, analytics, and project management to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing email copy, launching HubSpot campaigns, analyzing performance data, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting demand generation initiatives. Success is measured through campaign performance, lead generation results, marketing engagement, and contribution to pipeline creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand Generation amp; Campaign Execution
  • Build and launch email, social, digital, and event-based campaigns.
  • Support lead generation initiatives across target industries and regions.
  • Create and manage campaign workflows, landing pages, forms, and automation within HubSpot.
  • Coordinate campaign execution from planning through reporting.
Content Development amp; Copywriting
  • Write marketing emails, landing pages, social media posts, webinar promotions, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling content.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Support content repurposing across channels.
Performance Marketing Support
  • Assist in managing paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Support A/B testing of email messaging, calls-to-action, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve engagement and conversion rates.
