Job description

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Vice President of Marketing. THIS IS A REMOTE / HYBRID OPPORTUNITY.  

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. 

This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!  

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: 

Strategic Leadership & Brand Management

  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our position as the market leader.
  • Oversee the brand identity across multiple sub-brands and laboratory locations to ensure a cohesive, premium market presence.
  • Monitor industry trends (e.g., the shift to digital workflows and 3D printing) to pivot messaging and maintain a competitive edge.

Demand Generation & Sales Alignment

  • Architect a high-performing lead generation engine to support our national sales force.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to track ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to ensure seamless handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

Product & Clinical Marketing

  • Lead the “Go-to-Market” strategy for new restorative products, implants, and digital scanning integrations.
  • Develop educational content, webinars, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) programs that position the company as a thought leader in the dental industry.

Departmental Oversight & Mentorship

  • Manage and grow a diverse team including creative, digital, communications, and events professionals.
  • Oversee the multi-million dollar annual marketing budget, ensuring disciplined spending and high impact. 

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Dental is highly preferred. Understanding the ”Doctor-as-the-customer” journey is a significant plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive growth through integrated marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven: Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable marketing insights with experience in marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence at the Board and C-suite level in addition to cross-functional collaboration skills.
