Job description

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
LTS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a program with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The VA Health Portfolio is focused on development and execution of quality IT projects that address the needs of Veterans and health care providers through management of health care information and sustainment of production software to keep the mission going.
The Health Services Program Management Office (PMO) support contract provides IT program management, project management, technical management, financial management, functional planning, and documentation analysis in support of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Enterprise Program Management Division (EPMD) Health Portfolio. This position is 100% remote.
What You'll Do:
  • Design, build and deploy a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Create a scalable, secure connector that synchronizes incidents, demands, change requests and other work items across both platforms.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research or related fields and 5+ years of relevant experience. 5+ Years of additional experience may be substituted for education.
  • Dept of VA or U.S. Government contracting experience required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • ServiceNow CAD certification and hands-on experience building custom applications on the Now Platform.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, webhook frameworks, authentication models, and cross-platform data mapping.
  • Familiarity with Jira's project structure, issue data models, workflows, and service account configurations.
  • Ability to design scalable integration architectures that meet enterprise security, governance, and SDLC standards.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Veterans Affairs Public Trust.
