We're seeking a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing FP&A team.

In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization to facilitate smooth execution of strategic objectives and deliver accurate monthly financial and KPI reporting to our board of directors. Our FP&A team provides in-depth financial insights by overseeing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and pricing. Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, the Financial Analyst will play a crucial part in refining and scaling our financial planning processes and delivering actionable data-driven insights.

What You Will do Prepare and present monthly financial statements and KPIs for executives and the board of directors Conduct and interpret variance analyses to identify key performance drivers and propose corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Operations, Product, Marketing) to gather inputs and track the financial impact of business initiatives Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes by partnering with Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes by implementing best practices, automating workflows, and optimizing reporting tools Who You Are Finance professional with proven analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment What you have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of financial statements Familiarity with essential SaaS metrics 3+ years of experience in FP&A, or Corporate/Investment Banking Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Tableau is a plus What NEOGOV Offers Comprehensive Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for full-time employees Generous PTO to support work-life balance Remote working opportunities 401K Matching Autonomy to grow and find your career path with supportive leadership 12-week Paid Parental Leave Inclusive and diverse environment NEOGOV does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, protected military status, or other non-merit factors.
