Finance ManagerJob Purpose:Manage dealership finance and insurance operations while assisting customers with financing, vehicle protection products, and required sales documentation. The Finance Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with dealership and legal requirements, maximizing dealership profitability, and supporting overall dealership sales operations.Key Responsibilities:Finance & Insurance OperationsPresent financing options, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other finance and insurance products to customersStructure, submit, and finalize finance deals with lending institutions and finance sourcesObtain lender approvals and ensure accurate completion of all financing documentationPrepare, review, and finalize contracts, title documents, lender paperwork, and related sales documentationVerify accuracy of taxes, title information, registration documentation, and deal structureEnsure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely in accordance with dealership, lender, manufacturer, and legal requirementsMaintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and lender regulations related to finance and insurance transactionsMaintain strong relationships with finance sources, lenders, manufacturer representatives, and vendor partnersAssist with inventory protection products, aftermarket products, and dealership profitability initiativesCustomer Service & Sales SupportDeliver exceptional customer service during all customer
