Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Salary: $83,200 - $104,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst Role:

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support organizational decision-making.
  • Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and scenario planning tools to provide actionable business insights.
  • Oversee budget development and maintenance, including coordination with budget owners, system administration, and financial analysis.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, prepare journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
  • Partner with finance leadership on executive reporting, cash forecasting, cost modeling, donor/grant analysis, and special projects.

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), advanced Excel skills, and financial modeling/reporting.
  • Background in a nonprofit, grant-funded, multi-donor, humanitarian, or international organization; Unit4 ERP experience is a strong plus.
