Restora Care Behavioral Health is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role will focus on providing high-quality mental health counseling to individuals and families from a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Oregon while making a profound difference in the lives of our clients.

This position is fully remote, providing you the opportunity to work from your home or another location while maintaining close ties with a supportive team of professionals. You will have access to advanced telehealth technologies that facilitate communication and collaboration. Regular team meetings and case conferences will be conducted virtually, ensuring you remain connected and supported in your role.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster client recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services and appropriately refer clients to additional resources as necessary, ensuring safety and continued support during critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within the context of therapy and ongoing patient care.
• Engage in regular participation in staff meetings, case reviews, and peer supervision sessions aimed at enhancing your clinical skills and promoting shared learning experiences among team members.

The clientele of the Community Health Clinic includes individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, including those facing socioeconomic challenges, trauma history, and complex mental health conditions. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care to a varied population, tailoring your approach to meet the distinct needs and circumstances of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient or community health setting.
• Proficiency and demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities, with the ability to apply these techniques effectively in clinical practice.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that facilitate positive interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving clinical environment.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling services, demonstrating adaptability to virtual care methodologies.
• Background working with underserved populations or in community health settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
