  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during therapy sessions, helping clients navigate challenging circumstances effectively while partnering with milieu staff.
  • Ensure timely and thorough clinical documentation throughout the treatment journey, with a focus on completing necessary paperwork at the time of service.
  • Establish strong therapeutic rapport with clients and their families, actively assessing for any risks of harm to self or others.
  • Conduct intake assessments and facilitate the admission process for new patients, presenting them with a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Participate actively in weekly treatment team meetings, communicating treatment goals and collaborating with other team members to provide continuous quality care.
  • Deliver utilization reviews to insurance companies, ensuring that appropriate clinical information is provided for initial authorizations and continued care.
  • Maintain strong communication with family members or loved ones, ensuring all inquiries are returned promptly, within a two-hour timeframe during business operations.
