Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize their unique circumstances and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address specific concerns and empower clients to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality while upholding ethical standards in all aspects of practice.
• Work in tandem with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that encompasses all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, leveraging the insights of colleagues to enhance client care and your professional practice.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment pathways, and community resources, thereby equipping them with the knowledge needed to make informed choices.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from a reputable institution, highlighting your academic commitment.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona, demonstrating your professional credentials.
• Proficiency in solutions-focused psychotherapy interventions with the ability to adapt your techniques to meet the distinct needs of each client effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Emotional Balance Psychological Solutions is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year for this full-time position.
