Seeking fast-paced individuals looking for a full-time position in a structured remote work environment with a suggested schedule that demands 35 hours plus a week.

Globe Life, The American Income Life Division is an international company dedicated to providing life and health supplemental insurance benefits to working-class families in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. We are currently seeking a Remote Associate to join our team! Please note that we can only hire individuals residing in our specific territory which includes CO, NE, OK, KS, TX, FL, OH, AR, MI, and WI.

Globe Life, The American Income Life Division:

Established in 1951, we have a strong history of serving working-class families with customized benefit programs. We have over 30,000 trusted relationships with unions, associations, recreational organizations, and credit unions. It is the responsibility of our Remote Associates to communicate with our clients over the phone and to assist them over Zoom to enroll them into the benefits programs that they select to purchase to protect their families. Requirements for the Position:

  • Must have a cell phone & computer or laptop with a camera that operates on the Windows system.
  • Familiarity with the Zoom platform and high-speed internet access to support video conferencing.
  • Life Insurance License (Out-of-pocket license fees will apply to candidates if offered the position).
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED and pass a background check.

Position Details:

  • Remote, work-from-home position, responsibilities include working over the phone and Zoom to assist the clients with enrolling into their benefits.
  • "Commission Only" weekly income structure with an opportunity for a weekly bonus.
  • Full-time position as a Remote Insurance Sales Associate.
  • Associates use a needs-based benefit analysis program to complete applications for our clients which is part of the life insurance sales process.
  • Appointment-based work model.
